While shopping at Stary Browar, I stopped by the Sephora perfumery to test some skincare products. The interior design of the boutique was immaculate, beautifully lit, and well-organized. I was greeted right away by a knowledgeable consultant who asked about my skin type and provided helpful recommendations without being pushy. The checkout queue moved quickly, and the cashier was professional and polite, even offering free samples with my purchase. Exemplary customer service standards.

I visited the Empik store in the Posnania shopping center to pick up a book order and browse for stationary. The store layout was very clean, modern, and easy to navigate with clear signage. Despite it being peak evening hours, the service time at the pickup desk was surprisingly fast. The store assistant was exceptionally polite, highly competent, and even helped me locate an alternative edition of a book I was looking for with a smile. Overall, a very smooth and pleasant shopping experience.
